You often can force it to appear on the screen by right-clicking the thumbnail image floating above the Taskbar and choosing Maximize. Sometimes a Firefox window gets "off screen" somehow. Did this just start suddenly, or has your Firefox always done this? Assuming it's a new-ish problem.
